BriAnne
Co-Owner, Practice Coordinator & Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
BriAnne is the Co-Owner, Practice Coordinator, and Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) at 208 Dental in Meridian, Idaho, a family dental practice named in honor of Idaho’s 208 area code and the community she proudly calls home. She grew up in Malad City, where her love for people and sense of community first took root. BriAnne earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Utah State University and later her degree in Dental Hygiene from Carrington College. She combines her business background with her clinical expertise to create an exceptional patient experience and a positive, organized work environment for the team.
Outside the office, BriAnne enjoys life in Meridian with her husband and business partner, Eric, their four wonderful children, and their chocolate lab, Koda. She’s an avid basketball fan—especially when it comes to Boise State University games—and loves spending time outdoors, exploring new restaurants, attending concerts, and cheering on her kids in their many activities.
Alyssa
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Alyssa is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) at 208 Dental in Meridian, Idaho, where she’s passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through preventive dental care. She grew up in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California and began her dental career as a pediatric Registered Dental Assistant, where her passion for dentistry and overall health first ignited. A few years later, she completed the dental hygiene program at Carrington College’s San Jose campus and has been a practicing hygienist ever since.
Alyssa loves Idaho’s outdoors—especially summer water adventures with her boyfriend, Brandon, and their paddle-boarding Pomeranian, Theodore. She’s a classical Pilates enthusiast and foodie who enjoys both cooking at home and discovering new restaurants. She takes pride in providing the best care possible for her patients and helping create a positive, comfortable dental experience.
Alexa
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Alexa Fiscarelli, RDH, is a compassionate and detail-oriented dental hygienist at 208 Dental who is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for. Originally from Boise and raised in the Meridian and Eagle areas, Alexa is proud to serve the very community she calls home. She completed her prerequisites at the College of Western Idaho and earned her dental hygiene degree from Carrington College, where she was honored with the Golden Scaler Award for clinical excellence and outstanding patient care.
Alexa is committed to building genuine relationships with her patients, taking time to educate, encourage, and support them in achieving long-term oral health. She believes that trust, clear communication, and attention to detail are key to delivering the highest standard of care. At 208 Dental, she strives to create a positive, personalized experience for every patient she sees.
Outside the office, Alexa enjoys Lagree Pilates, staying active outdoors, and spending quality time with her daughter. She values faith, personal growth, and meaningful connection, and brings that same heart-centered approach into her work each day."
Analyn
Lead Dental Assistant
Analyn is the Lead Dental Assistant at 208 Dental in Meridian, Idaho. She was born and raised in Southern California and began her dental career as a Dental Assistant in 2007. Not long after, she married her husband, Oliver, and together they are the proud parents of their daughter, Melanie—an energetic soccer player who keeps them on their toes.
In 2023, their family embarked on a new adventure by relocating to Nampa, Idaho. They’ve loved exploring everything this beautiful state has to offer, especially spending time outdoors and paddle boarding—Analyn’s favorite hobby. Recently, she and her husband started playing indoor soccer weekly with friends. What she loves most about dentistry is the opportunity to connect with patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
Arlette
Dental Assistant
Arlette is a Dental Assistant at 208 Dental in Meridian, Idaho. She was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho, and graduated from Ridgevue High School before deciding to pursue a career in healthcare. She earned her certification as a Certified Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions and loves being part of a team that prioritizes patient comfort and high-quality family dental care.
In her free time, Arlette enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her adored dog, Armani. What she loves most about dentistry is building relationships with patients and helping them feel confident about their smiles and overall oral health.
Michelle
Front Office Assistant
Michelle is the friendly, welcoming face you’ll see when you walk through our doors. Born and raised in Idaho, she has a deep appreciation for the community she serves and brings a warm, genuine approach to every patient interaction. She loves the outdoors and spends as much time outside as she can—whether that’s enjoying Idaho’s beautiful scenery, getting fresh air with family and friends, or simply taking advantage of a sunny day.
As part of our single-doctor, family-owned practice, Michelle takes pride in creating a personalized experience for each patient. She understands that coming to the dentist isn’t always easy, so she works hard to ensure every visit feels organized, comfortable, and stress-free from the moment you arrive. From answering questions to coordinating schedules and helping patients feel at ease, Michelle is dedicated to making our office feel welcoming and supportive for everyone who walks through the door.
